Methoxyfenozide 24% SC
A broad spectrum insecticide (insect growth regulator)
used to control many insects species in various crops in low application rates.
Each liter contains 240 grams of active ingredient Methoxyfenozide the newest and most efficacious member of the diacylhydrazine class insecticides in the form of suspension concentrate for purposes of safety and ease of use.
Acts primarily by ingestion, also with some contact and ovicidal activity ( not systemic).
Exhibits high insecticidal efficacy against a wide range of insects larvaes such as codling moth, Lesser apple worm, European corn borer Oriental fruit moth, Leafrollers, Loopers, Cotton bollworm, Armyworm, Bud moths and more.
Unique mode of action, acts as a moulting accelerator (mimics the insect moulting hormone), inhibits feeding, induces premature apolysis, causes abnormal cuticle deposition and other molting irregularities; final death may take several days.
Harmful to honeybees and beneficial insects.
